Our purpose
Blueprint Breached publishes educational resources about manipulation patterns, coercive control, difficult relationship dynamics, boundaries, recovery and self-trust. Our goal is to give readers precise language, practical frameworks and credible starting points without diagnosing people we have not assessed or pretending that an article can replace individualized care.
Who writes the content
The site is founded and written by Nadeem Riaz, an independent educator and researcher. Nadeem is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, lawyer or medical professional. Articles identify the author, publication date and latest review date.
How topics are selected
Topics come from three sources:
- recurring questions received across the Blueprint Breached community;
- gaps or confusion noticed in public conversations about manipulation and recovery;
- reputable research, public guidance and professional resources that deserve clearer explanation.
Follower messages help identify questions. They are not treated as a representative scientific sample and are not used to calculate prevalence or prove clinical claims.
Privacy and community messages
We do not publish private messages, names, screenshots or identifying details without explicit permission. When an article uses an example described as a composite, it combines recurring themes and has been written so that it does not represent an identifiable person. Composite examples are not quotations or evidence of how frequently an event occurs.
Sources and evidence
When a factual statement depends on research, law, public-health guidance or safety information, we prioritize:
- government and public-health sources;
- primary or peer-reviewed research;
- established specialist organizations;
- original publications rather than unsourced summaries.
Sources are linked at the end of relevant articles. A citation does not mean the source endorses Blueprint Breached or every interpretation in the article.
Original frameworks and worksheets
Blueprint Breached creates original educational frameworks such as the Boundary Builder, Apology Test and No-Contact Decision Map. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these tools have not been clinically validated and must not be interpreted as diagnostic, forensic, legal or risk-assessment instruments.
Safety-sensitive content
Articles about abuse, coercive control, stalking, separation and no contact include safety guidance where appropriate. Generic online advice cannot account for an individual’s danger level, legal circumstances, children, disability, housing, finances or location. Readers facing danger are encouraged to seek qualified local help and contact emergency services when immediate safety is threatened.
Corrections and updates
We correct material factual errors and clarify language that could mislead readers. Significant updates should change the “last reviewed” date. Readers may report an error through the Contact page or by emailing privacy@blueprintbreached.com with the article URL and a description of the issue.
Independence and commercial transparency
Editorial conclusions are not sold to outside parties. If the site later publishes sponsored, affiliate or commercial content, it will be clearly disclosed. Educational articles should not disguise advertising as independent guidance.
What we do not do
Blueprint Breached does not:
- diagnose readers, partners, relatives or public figures;
- promise that a worksheet will make someone safe;
- provide emergency response, therapy, medical treatment or legal representation;
- present follower messages as scientific research;
- fabricate expertise, quotations, case histories or outcomes;
- use AI-generated text as a substitute for human review, source checking and original contribution.
