Blueprint Breached

About Nadeem Riaz | Founder of Blueprint Breached

I am Nadeem Riaz, founder of Blueprint Breached. I built this site for readers who are trying to name manipulation, coercive control, and trauma-related relationship patterns without wading through academic jargon—or being told what they “should” feel.

My work is grounded in years of independent study of behavioral and clinical literature on narcissistic personality dynamics (as described in research, not as a label for any one person), coercive control, trauma bonding, boundaries, and recovery. That interest sharpened through direct observation: people whose confidence, time, and relationships were being quietly eroded by dynamics they could not yet describe in plain language.

What you will find here is long-form educational writing: how recognition patterns may show up, why leaving can feel impossible, how boundaries can be made specific enough to enforce, and how self-trust can be rebuilt after repeated second-guessing. Articles are written or reviewed by me before publication. I do not present myself as a therapist, psychologist, or medical professional, and nothing here diagnoses any individual.

Editorial process. Each piece starts from a practical question readers face in real life. I cross-check claims against peer-reviewed research, government health agencies, and established domestic-violence and professional organizations where clinical or safety topics appear. When research is mixed or context-dependent, I say so. If you spot an error, email nadeem@blueprintbreached.com—corrections matter.

I have written three forthcoming Blueprint Breached books and am preparing audiobook editions. They are not publicly sold on this site during our current review phase; the articles remain the primary public resource.

Scope. Blueprint Breached provides educational information only. It does not replace licensed mental-health care, legal advice, or emergency services. If you are in immediate danger, call 911 (Canada) or your local emergency number.

Community-informed education, not clinical practice

I’m Nadeem Riaz, founder of Blueprint Breached. I am an independent educator and writer, not a licensed therapist, psychologist, lawyer or medical professional.

Blueprint Breached has grown into a cross-platform community. More than 37,000 followers on Facebook, more than 17,000 on TikTok, and more than 17,500 on Instagram as of October 2026. Those numbers change daily, which is why they are dated rather than presented as permanent claims.

Across these platforms, I receive a large volume of messages from people trying to understand manipulation, coercive control, broken boundaries and the loss of self-trust. I do not treat those messages as clinical data, and I do not use private stories as content without permission. What they provide is a sustained view of the questions people struggle to articulate: Why do I keep doubting what I saw? Why did the apology feel real when nothing changed? Why is leaving more complicated than outsiders assume?

Those recurring questions shape what I research and publish. My responsibility is to distinguish observation from evidence, experience from diagnosis, and education from professional care. Where an article makes a factual or research-based claim, I aim to link to authoritative or primary sources. Where I am offering an original framework, I label it clearly.
